Description
The second of the four fantasyesque characters I'm developing, the first having been the Swamp Hag. I like drawing on my breaks at work 
the wings started off as a design for fairy, but became a bit of blend of dragonish style.

Nice work, again the head seems big and the arms seem small but she has a pleasing alien look that suits the picture well.
Apart from the head and arms I would also look at her spine - it helps to draw a guideline early on - because the bottom half of her body doesn't line up to the top well, it would be an uncomfortable pose. The wings look good but not very practical - in nature their modified hands and I would suggest you look some naturallt occurring wing anatomy to ake them more plausible.
Overall nice work though - I like it.
